Bulletproof Mindfulness Training offers you not only the skills and knowledge but also the motivation!
The Bulletproof Mindfulness Training is an 8 session online meditation program based on the empirically-proven teaching principles of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training techniques, while also holding the intention and depth of this ancient contemplative practice’s true lineage.
How does it work, you ask?
The program consists of eight 90-minute online interactive training calls, combining facilitated group meditations with one-to-one discussion and feedback.
The first mindfulness training session commences at 3pm PST on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. The 7 subsequent sessions take place at the same time on consecutive Wednesdays. To attend you will need to access a computer with a reliable internet connection. If you can't attend a call, not a problem, they will be recorded and made available to you.
