HOW TO PREPARE:

There is plenty you can do between now and the commencement of your training. Here are some suggestions to get you started.

1.    Spend time reading, digesting and implementing the suggestions in the following three books. The Bulletproof Diet (Dave Asprey), The Bulletproof Diet Cookbook (Dave Asprey) and True Happiness – Your Complete Guide to Emotional Health (Mark Atkinson).
